Young people are always welcome to attend Al-Anon meetings when there are no Alateen meetings in their local area. Teenagers are encouraged to join in with Alateen chat meetings, which take place throughout the week.

While treatment is not right for everyone, there are many who can benefit from it. When someone is new to recovery, going to an AA or NA meeting often is not enough support. They would do much better to attend an IOP or even by starting with a medical detox program. We can offer both.
